Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) Group

Online for Adults (18+)

DBT skills training is for people who struggle with intense emotions and want to reduce behaviors that aren’t working for them. Participants learn four essential skills—mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness—that work together to support healthier coping, stronger relationships, and a more fulfilling life.

Each module is 6 weeks. It is asked that you commit to one module or 6 weeks when joining a skills class.

Cost: $75/week

Skills Training Modules:

  1. Emotion Regulation:
You will learn skills to change how you relate to your emotions. These skills help reduce emotional suffering and increase understanding of the purpose emotions serve in your life.

  2. Distress Tolerance:
These skills are designed for times of crisis rather than everyday situations. They help you cope with intense distress, manage urges such as self-harm, and prevent situations from worsening or creating additional problems.

  3. Interpersonal Effectiveness:
These skills support healthier relationships by improving communication, boundary-setting, and your ability to navigate interpersonal challenges more effectively.

  4. Mindfulness:
These skills help you stay present and fully engaged in the current moment. Mindfulness is the foundation for all other DBT skills and supports effective use of the other three modules.
