50 Minute Session

With weekly 50 min sessions, individual clients consistently report gaining deeper self-awareness and acceptance, emotional clarity, practical skills, and symptom relief within the first two months of therapy. Positively impacting both their inner world and their relationships.

A 75-minute session offers clients an additional 25 minutes.

Extended therapy sessions create a spacious, grounded environment where you don’t have to rush or compartmentalize your healing.

Longer sessions allow us to:

  • Take breaks as needed for regulation and reflection

  • Explore and integrate insights in real time, rather than leaving mid-process

While traditional 50-75 minute sessions are effective for many goals, extended sessions can offer unique therapeutic benefits—especially when working through trauma, relationship dynamics, or emotionally complex material.

Longer sessions provide space to:

  • Go deeper without rushing — You have more time to fully enter, explore, and process difficult emotions or patterns without watching the clock.

  • Work through stuck points in real time — Especially in couples therapy, extended time allows us to address conflict or communication breakdowns more thoroughly and with greater resolution.

  • Build momentum — With fewer interruptions, we can maintain focus and continuity, often leading to more insight and emotional breakthroughs within a single session.

  • Support nervous system regulation — For trauma work, a slower pace helps ensure the process stays grounded, allowing for integration rather than overwhelm.
